We charge a £2.99 postage and packing fee, and dispatch orders every working day before 2pm. If you spend more than £75, then delivery is free! Parcels are sent with Royal Mail 48 hour, or UPS premium, depending on size and shape. 

We will refund or replace any incorrect, or faulty products. Some of our suppliers offer their own guarantee, which you can find out more about on their respective websites.
